Having obtained a BA in Psychology from McGill, an MBA in Organization Behavior and Marketing from the Schulich School of Business, and the CHRP designation from the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario, Marylka possesses the credentials and experience that define expertise in her field.  She has held Executive positions in both the profit and not for profit sector, and has worked in smaller entrepreneurial companies as well as major corporations.   

Marylka founded Trinity Associates in 1995 to assist Companies with people related issues critical to the profitability and long-term success of their business.  She brings a results oriented, value added approach in fulfilling the client requirements by looking at the bottom-line impact and return.

Marylka has been Board member of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Peel for 5 years, also having served as Chapter President.  Marylka also sits on the Professional Standards Committee of the HRPAO, and has chaired various Sub-Committees on the Degree Requirement.  She has taught Human Resources Management at Ryerson University in the Retail Management Degree, as well as through Continuing Education. Marylka is also a member of World At Work, which serves compensation professionals globally.

Under Trinity's umbrella, Marylka has developed and delivered programs to select client groups in areas such as effective leadership and management skills.  She has also designed and conducted workshops in communication skills development, leadership management, and meeting management.
